1. About us and these terms

This site is operated by Your Legacy University ("we", "us"), founded by John Tyler, based in Ireland. By buying from or using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use the site.

2. What you're buying

The flagship product is The Complete Coaching Platform — a set of 28 connected, editable HTML/CSS/JavaScript template pages, delivered as an instant digital download, together with up to three (3) one-to-one setup calls with John Tyler to personalise the platform to your brand and help you launch it. Most setups are completed within one or two calls; three is the maximum included.

Individual templates and bundles listed on this site may be sold separately on Etsy and are subject to Etsy's own terms at checkout.

3. Your licence

On purchase you receive a single-business commercial licence to use the template for your own coaching or consulting business, on as many of your own pages as you like. You may edit, rebrand and adapt the source. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or share the template files themselves, or offer them as your own template product. The full licence terms are included in your download.

4. Price and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and are charged by our payment provider, Stripe. The flagship platform is available either as a single payment or as a payment plan of three (3) monthly instalments, as shown at checkout. If you choose the plan, you authorise the scheduled instalments; failure of an instalment may pause access until resolved.

5. Delivery

Your download is made available immediately after successful payment, and you are directed to book your setup call. The setup calls take place by video (Zoom) at times you book through our scheduler (cal.com).

6. The setup calls

The included calls are for personalising and setting up the platform you purchased. They are not a substitute for ongoing coaching. A full year of one-to-one coaching with John and our coaches is offered separately through Your Legacy University.

7. Refunds

Because our products are digital and access/download is granted immediately, all sales are final once the download has been accessed, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Where you are an EU consumer, by choosing to download immediately you acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel digital content ends once the download begins. If something is wrong with your purchase, contact us at john@yourlegacyco.com and we will do our best to put it right. [Confirm the refund approach you want to stand behind.]

8. What the template is — and your responsibilities

The template is a professionally designed front-end you own and adapt. It is provided "as is". To run it as a live website with real logins, data or payments, you (with our help on the calls, or your own developer/tools) are responsible for hosting it and connecting any backend services. You are responsible for your own website's content, hosting, security, and for complying with the laws and regulations that apply to your business.

9. No guarantee of results

We are proud of the product and the help we provide, but we do not guarantee any specific business outcome, revenue or result from using the platform. Any figures shown on this site describe our own or illustrative experience, not a promise of your results.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, data or business, arising from use of the templates or site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Intellectual property

All templates, designs, text and branding on this site remain our intellectual property, licensed to you under Section 3. Your own brand assets remain yours.

12. Third-party services

We use Stripe (payments), cal.com and Zoom (calls), Vercel (hosting), and — where enabled — Meta (advertising). Your use of those services is also subject to their terms. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

14. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date shows when. Continued use of the site means you accept the current terms.
